Business Systems And Control Consultant

EMIS is looking for Consultants with different experience in the subject matter:Chief Consultants/Partners (min. 20 years of relevant experience)Senior Consultants (min. 10 years of relevant experience)Consultants (min. 6 years of relevant experience)Junior Consultants (min. 2 years of relevant experience)Workplace will generally be from Remote. Upon request, Consultant must be also able to travel and work at HQ of EMIS's Client in Geneva, its Regional Offices, or any other location.Contract Type: Consultant Frame AgreementDuration: 3+3 yearsThis position is pending a contract award. Main responsibilities:Review and optimization of organization's financial management system;Review and/or revise organization's business continuity plan and contingency plan;Advise on and conduct quality assurance procedures;Advise on financial due diligence;Operating Model Design: developing a detailed design of the new operating model, including changes to processes, workflows, and organizational structure;Review of the departmental, divisional, offices and units reporting relationships and lines to identify areas where the review may be beneficial;Governance and Decision-Making Structure: defining the governance structure for the new operating model, including roles and responsibilities, and establishing decision-making processes and authority levelsBenchmarking and Best Practices: research industry best practices and benchmarks to gather ideas for process improvements in programmes and enabling services.Business process analysis, a diagnostic of the organization, its business model and ways of working, as well as key processes, to develop a robust foundation for a comparison of the current IOM processes with best practices, to identify opportunities for improvement. Position requirements:Minimum B.A. or other first-level equivalent education.
