We are hiring a
Project Analyst
to our
Business Transformation
team in
São Paulo !
Our mission is to enhance the operational routine of our clients by making our processes scalable and standardized.
We aim to be the reference area within Wellhub, ensuring quality execution in close collaboration with other internal teams.
The objective of the Client Operations LatAm team is to ensure the efficiency, quality, and proper execution of HR client processes, aligned with the commercial and financial teams.
As part of the team, you will interact with our external clients, support the analysis of client data, assist the sales teams in established processes, and work to ensure that operational alignments are followed.
YOUR IMPACT
Identify and map areas for improvement within the Operations team and the client pillar as a whole.
Lead projects and initiatives, taking responsibility for deliverables and coordinating actions with other teams as needed.
Organize meetings, office hours, and training sessions with stakeholders to address tasks, request support, communicate improvements, and align new processes.
Create documentation to formalize process improvements, policies, and other definitions, while tracking ongoing projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with various teams across the organization, both technical and non-technical, to ensure successful deliveries.
Develop solutions to enhance the efficiency of partner operations teams by optimizing their time and implementing controls to minimize potential errors.
Effectively manage expectations and overcome objections.
Be hands-on and provide support whenever necessary.

WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree completed
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Proactive, focused, and customer-oriented profile
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at building and managing relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and hierarchical levels
Analytical skills to interpret numbers and derive insights from them
Experience creating presentations for different hierarchical levels
Familiarity with our everyday tools (Google Suite and Microsoft Office)
Advanced
Spanish proficiency sufficient to handle meetings with LatAm stakeholders.
Previous experience in business transformation projects (Is considered a plus)
Intermediate or advanced SQL knowledge (Is considered a plus)
Experience creating dashboards and KPIs using BI tools (Is considered a plus)
Knowledge of process mapping (Is considered a plus)
