This role involves constant interaction with Fortune 500 C-level Executives, VPs, and Department Heads, necessitating exceptional communication skills, a corporate profile, and sophisticated client management abilities.Key Responsibilities Driving Full-Cycle Recruiting: Conducting full-cycle recruiting for upper-level executive positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting candidates to internal clients. Providing Exceptional Candidate Experience: Tailoring a highly customized and positive experience for candidates to upper-level executive positions, serving as their primary point of contact within BairesDev for any recruiting process needs. Building Strong Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in the market, from internal leadership to HR business partners and candidates. Developing Sourcing Strategies: Developing and implementing successful and creative sourcing strategies for upper-level executive positions.Requirements Language Proficiency: Native/proficient English level is fundamental. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships, with a focus on listening and persuasion. Experience: Have 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with previous experience in Executive/C-Level recruitment preferred. Experience in Customer Success/Customer Experience/Sales is advantageous. Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of success with lead generation and conversion. Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
