Call Center Supervisor (English & Spanish)

Management of KPIs and quality control;
- Compilation and maintenance of documentation;
- Reviewing and Conducting interviews with the operators;
- Creation of payment, bonuses, fines;
- Report creation
- Communication with the operators team;
- Planning tasks for the development of the department;
- Creation of the work schedule of operators;
- Employee training;
- Listening to conversations (monitoring);
- Proficiency in Spanish & English are a must!
- At least 1 year experience in the same or similar position;
- Sales experience;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Confident user of MS Office, Excel, CRM;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Desire to grow and develop;
- Stable internet connection & laptop to work remotely;
- Ability to manage employees remotely;
