**About the Role**
- Responsible for monitoring daily execution of marketing campaigns, identifying failures and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Setting up schedules to run scripts using various scheduling platforms including defining job plans, setting up dependencies, priorities and monitoring daily job executions.
- Utilising ticket management systems such as JIRA & Autotask to pick up and work on incoming requests.
- Utilising SQL and Unix shell scripts to troubleshoot issues, read logs and identify reasons for failures.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on issues, root cause analysis and resolution.
**Qualification**
- 3-4 years of same or relevant experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience in IT
- ** Strong **experience **in SQL and relational databases**:
- Experience using the ticketing system
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- ** Excellent Coordinator and Good command in English**:
- Marketing Automation tool knowledge is a Plus
- Adobe support experience is better
