**Key responsibilities include**:
- End-to-end project management of personalised marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery and analysis.
- Outline priorities and deadlines and assign responsibilities across the relevant working groups.
- Ensure all projects are aligned to the brief and stay on track.
- Continuously optimise campaigns, adopting test and learn methodology to increase performance and better understand customer segments.
- Lead squads and run sprints.
- Work with the analyst to review campaign successes and outline opportunities to improve.
**Key attributes include**:
- A track record of project management within a marketing function.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing and personalisation principles.
- Agile working experience is advantageous although not essential.
- An analytical mindset and test and learn approach.
- A curious mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve process and performance.
