We are looking for aJunior Associate for Capital Strategy.Be responsible for controlling all the project models of Atlas in the country (3 to 5 projects), having clear underlying assumptions and the drivers of changes to present project and portfolio valuations within Atlas and its stakeholders. In this capacity, the individual will ensure that all assumptions are consistently applied, and transparently documented, providing a foundation of reliability.What challenges will you face?
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate inputs, conducting sensitivity analyses
Run fully integrated financial models, providing careful management of the underlining assumptions
Manage and analyze inputs such as CAPEX, Revenue, OPEX, Debt, Distributions and other, as well as outputs and model structure
Develop presentations for shareholder presentations, lenders and dashboards for management analysis and insights
Follow-up of consents and waivers with debt holders.
Support bank/FIs/investors in project analysis for capital structure of projects
Build reports to the shareholder, focused on underlining assumptions, valuation metrics and equity exposure.What specific knowledge do you need?
At least 3 years of project finance experience in Banking/Infrastructure/Energy companies.
Negotiation abilities with commercial and subsidized banks.
Knowledge of accounting and tax mechanics regarding financing.
Knowledge of financial instruments
