**We are searching for the best talent for Car T Change Management Lead to be in São Paulo - Brasil.**

**Purpose**:

- Deliver business goals in asssuring security of supply, compliance and transparence to the processes and optimum value for money
- Build external and internal stakeholder trust, preference and advocacy.
- Serve as a trust advisor for Leaders and other areas

**You will be responsible for**:

- Management of operational logistics procedures connected to E2E CART systems adhering to documentation quality standards;
- Map all manual, policies, SOPs and WIs related to E2E Car T operations and adjust/write/update them as per local business & compliance need;
- Understand the IT requirements and enable E2E SOPs when applicable;
- Implement change management (ADKAR) tied out with commercial operations FPOs;
- Partner with Commercial Quality (CQ) on procedures mgt;
- Connect with commercial operations squad leaders & ETMs (Extended Team Members) to support a flawless CART launch - including metrics implementation;
- Accountable for execution of stakeholder, business, and organizational readiness plans;
- Accountable for the training plan, all training deliverables, and successful training execution;
- Work with SMEs to gather input and review/approve documents;
- Route documents for formal approval in the document management system.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6-8 years in Pharma operations industry experience
- Good communication skills on all levels (bottom up & top down) including English & Portuguese writing
- Bachelor Degree, Supply chain Management, Engineering or Pharmacist
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the end to end supply chain including order to cash, Logistics, customer experience and IT;
- Strong leadership, collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization.
- Knowledge of quality/compliance, supply chain, operations, and logistics highly desired.
- Analytical and process oriented, with strong decision making / problem-solving skills.
- Process Excellence skills & experience is preferred
- Professional certifications such as change management
- Native Portuguese & Advanced/Fluent in English
