Summary: Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your strong attention to detail to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA) to customers of OIA. With a focus on customer experience, you will closely monitor services and report any potential shortfalls to your direct Supervisor while ensuring smooth communication between office operations, staff and management. Your positive attitude and solution-oriented approach will allow you to provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneDuties and Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests related to warehouse operationsCollaborate closely with warehouse personnel and other departments to ensure efficient and effective customer serviceCommunicate order updates, shipment details, and any potential delays or issues to customersMaintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and related documentationEscalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments or supervisorsAssist with data entry and maintaining various databasesOrder supplies as requested by warehouse personnelPerform general administrative support as neededAdhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations in the warehouse environmentRequired Skills and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
