We support our self-motivated team's professional development and personal goals with an environment that provides ongoing training and rewards customer service excellence and business success.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCarpentry Skills - Work hands-on daily performing structural repairs caused by termite damage including repairs to fascia boards, sheathing, eves, rafters, wood siding, trim, roofing, sub-floors, decks & patios etc.Customer Experience - Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity, discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to the treatment process.Continuous Learning - WILL TRAIN No experience in pest control necessary. Robust training is provided for all required duties to ensure you have the knowledge and abilities to complete work safely.Position RequirementsOperate and maintain your equipment and vehicle in a state of cleanliness and good working order.Safely climb and use a ladder.Crawl through attics and sub-areas.Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations.Must pass pre-employment background screen.Valid driver's license/clean driving record.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED.At least 2 years of customer service.Construction knowledge and experience is required.Base pay range: $17.16 - $24.04 / hourWhy Choose Rentokil?A career with Rentokil is a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
