The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product.
This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibility: · Identifying and developing business opportunities with Small/Medium Telecom Operators.
· Strategic account planning while ensuring alignment of company priorities.
· Promoting a full range of ZTE products & solutions to clients.
· Driving sales, focusing on account and resource planning and allocation.
· Work closely with engineering, services and partners to ensure excellent customer experience.
· Gain the trust of the key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers.
· Solid skills working with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
· Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
Requirements: · Bachelor's degree and above in engineering matter, post graduated will be a plus.
· 5+ years of experience as sales, account manager working at company in Telecommunication and IT segment.
· Experience in working with ISP and Enterprise sales, key accounts.
· Strong skills on consultive sales and building relationships.
· Advanced English skill.
