The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring Retail branches' cash activity and enforcing the company's cash security procedures by following up and reporting non-compliance.

You Bring:MatricAbility to work shiftsA Bonus To Have:Computer Literate - Microsoft Office1-2 Years in Gaming IndustryWhat You'll Do For The Brand:Monitor Hollywood Retail branches' cash recons during your allocated rostered shift and as allocated by your Supervisor or Manager.Familiarize yourself with each branch's cash drawer threshold limits and ensure that Clerks going over their respective limits are stopped by means of being blocked on the system or following the telephone protocol i.e. Senior Team Leader, Branch Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, and lastly Risk.Ensure that Betting Clerk monies are physically transferred to the Admin Back Office safe by means of telephonic confirmation with the STL or BM on duty.Send day-end shift reports as well as morning updates.Send "Special Reports" to the Risk and Operations Manager in the event of an emergency cash situation at the branch.Assist the CMD Team Leader and/or Risk Manager with other duties within the boundaries of Risk Management and Control.Provide "On the Job" training and mentoring for new staff.Always follow protocol and not bypass the chain of command.Carry yourself in a professional manner in line with standard business/corporate practices.Communicate with authority while respecting the other person's position.Practice good email and telephone etiquette.Subject yourself to a truth verification test periodically or on request by your Supervisor.What You'll Bring To The Team:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Impressive planning, organizational, and time management skills.Good business acumen and high ethical work standards.Ability to multitask and always show initiative.Ability to work under pressure and still produce good quality results timeously.So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
