Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies: Drive business growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies specific to the maritime and offshore industry. - Cultivate client relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Create business opportunities: Identify opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end-customers. - Achieve sales targets: Establish, meet, and work to exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the company. Qualifications we are looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or related areas.- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Maritime and Offshore industry in Sales, Supply Chain, or Technical Areas.- Experience with technical insulation and/or coating for offshore platforms in Brazil.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and system tools.- English fluency.- Located in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate. Key personal attributes: - Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and teamwork abilities.- Goal-oriented and driven to exceed sales targets.- Experience with OIC, Platform Owners, Shipowners, and Shipyards is a plus.- Familiarity with CRM/ERPs, international logistics, import/export, and hosting exhibitions/events is advantageous.- Knowledge of Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Shipserv is a differential.
