Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification and Intake Oversight: Guide and motivate the lead qualification and intake team to achieve targets and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients. Revenue Management: Use your expertise to assist in optimizing pricing strategies, forecasts, and sales plans to maximize revenue growth. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a positive experience and long-term partnerships. Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and present reports to help drive informed decision-making. Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns. Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to improve sales processes and outcomes. Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets, consistently delivering results in a competitive environment. Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential. Experience in revenue management and optimizing sales performance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Result-oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements: Reliable home office setup, including appropriate hardware, software, and high-speed internet.
