We develop high-tech international projects for hobby poker players: the online platform for a safe game, the online league for Brazilian poker clubs as well as offline services for poker players.
We are now developing our products on the Brazilian market.
Brazil is one of the countries where poker is not only legalized but also extremely popular.
At present, our company have 50 specialists from Russia, Ukraine, Brazil and Europe.
Our hubs (office infrastructure) are located in São Paulo, while most of the staff work remotely.
We do not have an official working language, the majority of the team speaks Russian and English, and the others speak Portuguese.
- To develop standards of work for team members and contractors.
- To build the team in Brazil on the basis of the existing MVP.
- To calculate the budget of the project.
- To work out technical requirements for product development.
- To negotiate with customers, partners, and contractors - to close the deals.
- **Experience in a similar role within Brazilian market (Owner, CEO, Director, Country Manager).

- Experience in creating and scaling up business from scratch.
From a small
project to a well-functioning system.
International business scaling experience
is an outstanding advantage.
- **Readiness to relocate or to go on long business trips to Brazil (São Paulo, for not less than three months).

- Communicative effectiveness - ability to negotiate with different people and to be a team player.
- **3+ years of experience in Poker industry in the Brazilian market**:
- Targeted expertise between online/offline.
Project with connection and automation of fragmented localities within a large territory.
- Poker skills are important.
We are building a technology-based business with a love for poker, we emphasize the importance of the sincere desire of each team member to learn the game and this market.
- **Fluent English (C1) and Portuguese **(C1)**:
- Strong knowledge to work out technical requirements for product development.
