Were seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team.As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cohesive design systems that elevate user experience.
You will lead complex design projects from concept to delivery, creating wireframes and prototypes for intricate workflows.
Operating independently, youll manage design processes even in scenarios with ambiguous requirements, requiring ideation and validation.
Additionally, youll lead usability testing, translate insights into design improvements, and customize tools and processes to optimize team productivity and collaboration.Responsibilities:Help develop and implement the design system to enhance user experience.Manage complex design projects from ideation to delivery, including wireframing and prototyping for detailed workflows.Execute and lead design processes autonomously, even in ambiguous situations requiring ideation and validation.Lead usability testing and translate insights into design improvements.Customize tools and processes to improve team productivity and collaboration.Support the Product Design Lead in setting and communicating design objectives.Provide and receive constructive feedback to foster team growth.Mentor Product Designers and advocate for the strategic role of design within the company.Qualifications:7+ years of experience managing complex design projects, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.Advanced knowledge of UX research and usability testing, with a proven ability to apply these practices effectively.Strong experience in creating and managing design systems.Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Advanced strategic planning, project management, and mentorship skills.Proven ability to lead design processes independently, including in ambiguous scenarios.Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience (UX), Interaction Design, or Graphic Design; advanced certifications in UX Research, Design Systems, Strategic Design, and Usability Testing are a plus.Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.Tools:Expertise in Figma, Zeroheight, FigJam, XCore, Miro, and PostHog for tracking and understanding user behavior.
