With a strong global presence, the company is dedicated to sustainable practices and constant innovation to meet the demands of a dynamic and growing market.As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for leading the company's financial strategy, ensuring the integrity and sustainability of the area's operations, as well as supporting the organization's continued growth.Main responsibilities:Develop and implement the financial strategy aligned with the company's growth and expansion objectives;Oversee all financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning and auditing;Manage the financial team, promoting an environment of high performance and continuous development;Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations;Analyze and report the company's financial performance, providing strategic information to senior management;Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing robust internal controls;Manage relationships with investors, banks and other interested parties;Conduct strategic financial negotiations, including mergers and acquisitions, financing and investments;Support strategic decision making with detailed financial analyzes and long-term projections;Implement efficient financial systems and processes to support scalable growth.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or related field; with an MBA or postgraduate degree;Proven experience as CFO, preferably in multinational companies and/or in the agribusiness sector;Experience in team management and talent development;Fluency in English and knowledge of another language desirable;Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.Benefits:Annual bonus;Flexible benefits;Corporate vehicle.#J-18808-Ljbffr
