In a context of advanced growth and restructuring of areas, the B2B industry, recognized for excellence in its segment and characterized by innovative solutions, is looking for a new executive to head the Financial Board.
The Financial Department will be responsible for restructuring the area's processes, in addition to developing strategic financial solutions. To this end, in-depth knowledge of structured operations will be essential, working directly with global partners and investors to optimize the capital structure and enable the company's growth.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring sustainability and profitability;
Lead financial restructuring initiatives, continuous process improvement and systems integration to optimize operational efficiency;
Oversee cash flow, working capital and optimize the allocation of financial resources, ensuring the necessary support for operations and growth initiatives;
Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards, and implement robust corporate governance policies;
Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and mitigating risks;
Act as the main point of contact with investors, banks and other interested parties, reporting financial performance and participating in strategic negotiations;
Manage, develop and inspire the financial team, promoting a culture of high performance and accountability.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of controlling, treasury, financial planning, compliance and corporate governance;
Ability to interpret financial data and transform it into strategic insights for decision making;
Proven track record of success in restructuring, M&A, or process improvement scenarios in changing environments;
Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing and inspiring cross-functional teams;
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to different audiences;
Advanced English;
Experience in the industrial sector.
