JoinHenkel's Digital Transformation and contribute to our commitment toSustainability:Preparationfor a fast-track development in the organization to become our leaders of thefuture;18-monthTrainee program providing a broad overview of the role and tasks of the keypillars of Supply Chain Function at Henkel Adhesive Technologies;The goal isto acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers, in fields such asCustomer Service, Network Supply Planning, Logistics or other key areas, inorder to build a deep insight to the different functions through rotations ofwork;Timemanagement between working, scheduled training and coaching, according to theplan;During theprogram you will benefit from Individual trainings, development plans, a highlevel of visibility, mentor's guidance, network with senior leaders and othertrainees globally;Uponcompletion of the program, you will be placed in a responsible position acrossthe supply chain organization where the knowledge and expertise learned throughthe program will provide you with a wide range of career opportunities. Topgraduated student from engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Materials,Production, Mechanical, System);2-3 yearsof experience at most (Production, Quality, Engineering, Lean, SHE);InternacionalAcademic experience (preferably);Fluent/AdvancedEnglish skills;High levelof commitment and digital profile;Stronginterpersonal, communication and analytical skills;Initiative,ambitious, resilience skills and good team player;Leadershippotencial, Agility, Judgement and impact;National& International mobility is needed.Position100% on site.
