To be a Channel Manager at Lingopass you must win, maintain, and expand relationships with channel partners.
Creating and developing from scratch the distributors structure, the Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.

Objectives of this Role

Develops policies and rules for the creation of the distributor (partners) channel following strategic guidance
Increases Lingopass capilarity by finding partners across Brazil and abroad
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Sells through partner organizations to other companies in coordination with partner sales resources.
Manages potential channel conflict with other partner sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
Skills And Qualifications

Professional experience as channel management for benefits
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with HUBSPOT
Advanced level of communication in English
