This is a remote contract role.
Role Description This is a contract role for a Chargeback Data Analyst.
The role involves day-to-day tasks such as data analytics, statistics, communication, and data modeling.
The Chargeback Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns related to chargebacks.

Requirements: Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Statistics proficiency Ability to visualise data and build a report in such platforms as Tableau, QuickSight or similar Data Modeling expertise Previous e-commerce fraud prevention, investigation or retail fraud prevention experience is a plus; Must have understanding of technical and financial aspects of VISA and Mastercard tools and alert process including Verifi and Ethoca; Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Brazilian Portuguese Ability to work independently and remotely Presentation skills + ability to create presentation in Slides Strong personal computer skills, along with the ability to use fraud/abuse data mining tools are required; Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team; Meet deadlines and prioritize deliverables; Ideal: SQL expertise Knowledge of Tableau, Quicksight or similar Had experience in customer facing roles
