**Although mostly located in France, our Tax team is spread over many geographies and we offer you to be part of an international setting with many contacts across different functions and countries.
As part of the EULA Tax Team (that is operationally responsible for tax matters in Europe and Latin America), you will report to the CHC Head of Tax for LATAM located in Sao Paulo, together with our CHC Senior Tax Manager for LATAM.

**Main responsibilities**:
- **_Assist the Head of Tax for LATAM_** in overseeing all **_direct and indirect_** tax matters in Brazil;**:
- **Manage tax audits as well as possible tax litigations;**:
- **Support our tax compliance department of tax accountants on all direct and indirect tax compliance matters;**:
- **Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations across those jurisdictions;**:
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, IT, Procurement, and operations to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions**:
- **Manage relationships with external tax advisors and tax auditors;**:
- **Ensure compliance with local Transfer Pricing requirements, in coordination with our Transfer Pricing Team.

- About you _
**Experience**: _(soft and technical skills):_
- **_Strong expertise in Brazilian direct and indirect taxes_**, as a tax lawyer and/or in an international company;**:
- **Good understanding of international tax and transfer pricing regulation;**:
- **_Solid experience in Brazilian direct and indirect tax planning & compliance;_**:
- **Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;**:
- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;**:
- **Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
**
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree.
**Languages**:
- **_Fluency in portuguese and english_**.
