Currently focused on providing vertically integrated care for children with autism, the client aims to expand into adjacent products and services to support the 1 in 5 neurodiverse children worldwide.Position OverviewThe client is seeking an experienced and hands-on VP of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations during this critical phase of growth.
This role will be instrumental in preparing for the Series B financing round and supporting the companys expansion into new markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSeries B Preparation & Execution : Lead the preparation and execution of the Series B financing round in collaboration with the Founder.Build and manage ongoing relationships with investors, both pre- and post-Series B.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, metrics, and analysis.Keep the leadership team aligned with the companys financial performance.Oversee the auditing process, scheduled to begin in 2025 based on 2024 financials.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) : Direct the FP&A function, delivering strategic insights and financial forecasts.Accounts Payable & Receivable : Oversee and optimize accounts payable and receivable functions for accuracy and efficiency.Tax Compliance & Strategy : Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and implement effective tax planning strategies.QualificationsProven success managing Series B (or equivalent) financing rounds.Extensive experience in senior finance roles, preferably in high-growth industries such as healthtech.Expertise in financial controls, FP&A, and auditing processes.Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical capabilities.Deep understanding of tax compliance and planning strategies.Fluency in English, as all investor communications will be conducted in this language.Why Consider This Opportunity?Be part of a mission-driven organization addressing critical needs for neurodiverse children globally.Join a fast-paced, high-growth company supported by leading international investors.Play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a company with significant market opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
