In this sense, in a growing market, in which new players have been occupying prominent roles in the digital environment, the company is looking for a new executive to lead its Marketing area with the aim of consolidating its prominent position.
As a CMO, you will have the challenge of improving the implementation of technology in marketing strategies, aiming to create personalized experiences for consumers. Therefore, your role will be crucial in building solid and trusting relationships with customers, both in physical and digital environments.
Main responsabilities:
Develop and lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies, aligned with the company's vision and new market practices;
Provide rich insights to guide marketing decisions, ensuring a data-driven approach;
Build and strengthen the brand, both in the national and international markets, through effective campaigns;
Manage and develop high-performance marketing teams, promoting a collaborative environment;
Monitor performance and ROI metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of area initiatives;
Stay up to date with personal care market trends and industry best practices, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the segment;
Strengthen the company's image in the most diverse channels, with a special focus on consumer perception of ESG practices.
Requiriments:
Proven experience in leading marketing teams in large companies, preferably in the consumer goods sector;
Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing;
Experience in implementing marketing technologies, with a focus on content personalization;
Strategic, analytical and data-based vision;
Availability to live in the region ofCuritiba–PR.
