Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO/founder.
This role is designed to streamline operations facilitate crossfunctional collaboration and drive company initiatives forward.
The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor project manager and liaison between the executive team and the broader organization.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills are key for ensuring the CEOs priorities are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Advisor: Serve as a thought partner to the CEO refining business strategies and addressing highpriority initiatives.
Assist in decisionmaking processes by providing data analysis and insights.
Project Management: Oversee and manage key crossfunctional projects ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Solve bottlenecks and manage resources effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO senior leadership and other teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Represent the CEO in meetings and help drive alignment across teams.
Operational Efficiency: Optimize the CEOs time and implement systems to improve organizational efficiency.
Implement systems and processes to improve overall organizational efficiency.
Executive Support: Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings presentations and executing business priorities.
Provide ad hoc support on critical matters from business analysis to operational execution.
Team Leadership: Partner with senior executives and department heads to ensure strategic alignment and drive leadership across teams.
Mentor and lead special projects teams as required.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Economics or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
5 years of experience in a leadership or project management role ideally in consulting strategy operations or as an executive assistant to senior leadership.
Strong strategic thinking analytical and communication skills.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Proficient in Asana Slack Microsoft office.
