Banding & Communication (Regular scope) Coordinate with Branding & Communication team at IHQ (Singapore) Develop marketing strategy (e.g.
message, target audience) & plans (e.g.
media release, event participation) and lead execution in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders Lead engagement of and handle communication with external vendors (e.g.
PR agency) Management Assistance (Ad-hoc duties) Study regulations and develop organization structure Evaluate and execute outsourcing strategies in each functional area Facilitate and track OKR initiatives Understand demand and coordinate system development Coordinate work environment including office set-up Set-up sister entities Any other duties assigned to Governance (Regular scope for a while) Coordinate with Governance team at IHQ Set & maintain policies and procedures, coordinate with and educate our employees on compliance related topics, and make sure to align with those Lead internal audit (IA) process in collaboration with group IA team in Japan & Singapore Fast paced growth and attractive salary package 5 years of full-time work experience of which 3 years of Project Manager experience at fast-paced environment High skills and experience in project management and multitasking Financial sector experience (nice to have) The person will be responsible for supporting the Country Manager mainly on corporate development & operations.
