Chief Operating Officer (Coo) - Igaming - Hybrid, São Paulo, Brazil

Location: Hybrid (4 days in office + 1 remote), must live in São Paulo or nearby.
Job Overview:
The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing business strategies, and ensuring that the company's strategic and operational goals align.
This role requires a seasoned executive with deep knowledge of the iGaming and betting industry.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and execute business strategies that align with the company's mission and goals.
Work closely with senior management to establish KPIs, objectives, and growth strategies.
Ensure compliance with Brazilian gambling regulations and maintain operational standards.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, including product launches, compliance and risk, customer service, and technology implementation.
Prepare and manage the company's operational budget, monitoring costs and resource allocation.
Successful Candidate:

Brazilian citizenship (required).
Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the iGaming or gambling industry.
Proven experience in managing operations, with a track record of achieving strategic and operational goals.
