- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales team and provide leadership, guidance, and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Experience in the travel and hospitality **industry is a plus
