CHINT Global is looking for a talented and dedicated professional to fill the position of Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst / Specialist.
This position requires a proactive, hands-on profile with great energy to lead and develop processes that drive recruitment and selection efficiently and effectively.
Main responsibilities: Conduct detailed analyzes of recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
Work with Hiring Managers from Operations to Professional and High Skilled talents.
Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments and make hiring decisions together with line managers.
Collaborate with different areas of the company to understand personnel needs and develop talent attraction strategies.
Stay up to date on recruitment and selection trends and best practices.
Requirements: Bachelor in Business Administration, or related areas.
Proven experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in sales and engineering.
Experience in Recruitment Hunting (desirable) Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid relationships.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Advanced English is mandatory.
Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems and related software.
