We are looking for a highly dynamic, hands-on City Manager for Florianópolis, Brazil, who is passionate about micro-mobility and eager to grow with our company.
This is a unique opportunity to take part in continuing to build our operations in Florianópolis and making a significant impact on the future of urban mobility.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and logistics.
Manage the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters.
Recruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators.
Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Coordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issues.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory.
Requirements Fluent English (mandatory) Proven experience in logistics or operations management.
Strong multitasking skills, hands-on experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in managing service centers is a plus.
Knowledge of the B2C market and customer service best practices.
