Join us in shaping the future of micro-mobility!We are looking for a highly dynamic, hands-on City Manager for Florianópolis, Brazil, who is passionate about micro-mobility and eager to grow with our company. This is a unique opportunity to take part in continuing to build our operations in Florianópolis and making a significant impact on the future of urban mobility.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and logistics.Manage the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters.Recruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators.Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes.Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets.Coordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issues.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory.Minimum Qualifications:Fluent English (mandatory)Proven experience in logistics or operations management.Strong multitasking skills, hands-on experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Experience in managing service centers is a plus.Knowledge of the B2C market and customer service best practices.What We Offer:Opportunity to be part of an innovative startup with a mission to transform urban transportation.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Competitive salary.Growth and development opportunities within the company.If you are a proactive, dynamic individual with a passion for micro-mobility and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
