Client Onboarding Operations searches for an Client Onboarding Operations Senior (Officer/AVP)
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports bank's clients and account setup across FF&O;
- Responsible to offer premium Client Onboarding Services, dealing with multiple requests, areas and manage expectation with our internal and external clients;
- Up to date market knowledge, holistic and diligent view on the overall process ;
- Responsible for handling and coordination of multiple documentation during the onboarding process ;
- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to team in order to drive innovation and unique solutions;
- Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward;
- Experience in connecting with a diverse set of internal clients to understand business needs - is a continuous learner;
- Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change;

Core skills and requirements:
- +3 years of experience in Client Onboarding/AML/Client Services;
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or related courses desired;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Presentable, confident and client focused;
- Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident manner
- Excellent communications skills;
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment;
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds;
- Ability to independently analyze complex issues, identify and execute on practical solutions;
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
