**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a CLIENT OPERATIONS ANALYST to our GLOBAL SALES AND OPERATIONS team in São Paulo!
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Definition and execution of a continuous improvement process for the project
- Monitor metrics and expose insights into how the project is doing over the weeks and months, analyzing how we can improve and where we can improve
- Develop scripts via python, to streamline our daily work, help develop checks to ensure everything is being done as quickly and correctly as possible
- Report all data weekly to those responsible, so that we can jointly understand how the project is evolving
- KPI analysis
- Reports development for Leadership
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Complete graduation
- Intermediate/Advanced Python knowledge (tools development)
- Advanced Excel
- Intermediate/Advanced English
- Knowledge in MySQL is a plus
- Quantitative: experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
- Proactive: Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
- Curiosity: You are interested in learning new skills and participating in new projects
