A1 SolarStore (https://a1solarstore.com/) is an online store based in the USA, Florida. We sell solar panels and other equipment for PV systems across the U.S.We are looking for a Client Relationship Specialist - someone to assist clients by providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator with sales skills who's able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.Note: This is an online position with 90% of the time devoted to receiving and making phone calls. Be ready to process around 40-50 calls per day.Responsibilities:Act as point of contact for all sort of customer inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.Contact customers to keep them updated on their order or inquiry status.Close deals with indecisive customers and wholesale buyers.Keep proper notes of the order status in our in-house CRM.Make quotes for customers and follow up on them if needed.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. engineers, logistics team, senior management) to address customers' needsEnsure you resolve each customer's concern quickly and efficientlyRequirements and Skills:Native or Proficient English user. Spanish is a plusProven experience as a Client Relations Manager/Customer Support Manager/Sales ManagerProficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), with working knowledge of CRM and telephony platformsProblem-solving aptitudeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsCustomer-oriented attitudeExperience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)Must provide quiet surrounding (without any disruptive noises), high quality of internet connection, basic equipment for work (laptop/PC, headphones)Industry knowledge is a plusJob type: Full-time, remoteWorking hours: 10am - 6pm ESTBenefits:Work from homePaid time off (after 6 moths of continuous work for the company)Long-term cooperationGrowing company in the fast developing market of solarFriendly team of professionals
