Client Service Executive

The role As a Client Service Executive, you will be handling all requests from clients via live chat, email or telephone and ensuring best in class service is provided on every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Advising B2B clients and fulfilling chauffeur services and car rental requests through our chat-based proprietary technology or email or telephone Adhering to company policies, compliance guidelines and procedures. Requirements Experience in a customer-focused role in the luxury industry for 2+ years Ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients both verbally and in writing – fluent English is a MUST. A second language is a must, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German preferred Passionate about customer service Strong attention to detail combined with good business judgment Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends Employment type: Full-time 40 to 48 hours per week Working hours: Varied shifts Monday to Sunday, 6 days per week Working location: Remote Start date: Immediately
