**About the role**:
To strengthen our global team, we are seeking a **Client Solutions Specialist** with a robust background in language services and technologies, combined with a proactive, hands-on approach. In this role, you will take charge of the technical aspects involved in developing and delivering innovative solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients worldwide.
**Your responsibilities would include**:
**Consulting clients**:
- Actively participate in new prospect meetings alongside the Sales team to identify client needs and requirements.
- Assess clients' challenges and goals to determine the best language services, workflows, and solutions.
- Advise clients on various language services, including human, machine, and AI-powered options.
- Provide strategic recommendations and adapt strategies to support clients' long-term objectives, ensuring the services align with their evolving needs.
**Solutions design**:
- Develop language service solution concepts and manage projects from the definition phase to launch, creating portfolios tailored to each client's niche, internal resources and technical procedures.
- Gather the necessary information and foster the use of industry-leading tools and technologies to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate proof-of-concept projects to test workflows and services ensuring they meet client expectations and requirements.
**Onboarding clients**:
- Manage and update client information in TMS and CRM systems, as well as internal documentation.
- Create a project and technical setups that align with the client's unique needs and specifications.
- Ensure that linguists and other vendors receive the necessary information for successful service delivery, facilitating clear communication and seamless execution.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Create and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a dedicated point of contact for ongoing support.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for introducing additional services that could benefit the client and their language solutions.
**General**:
- Keep track of emerging technology and language industry trends to improve internal processes and services.
- Continuously improve existing internal processes to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and service quality.
- Actively engage with clients and represent the company on social media by creating and sharing content that highlights our services, industry insights, and success stories. Participate in public activities such as posts, events, webinars, and other outreach initiatives to enhance our brand presence and foster client relationships.
**The skills and experience you will need to be successful**:
- Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are advantageous.
- 3+ years experience in language services and technology industry, ideally in roles such as Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Client Success Manager or Solutions Specialist.
- Advanced knowledge of TMS, CAT and AI tool usage.
- Knowledge and experience with the most innovative language technology and workflows, with a focus on developing tailored human, machine, and AI-powered language solutions for enterprise clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent rapport-building abilities, with a track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- A strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and advance in your field.
