Program team manages some of the biggest and most important accounts at qure.ai. A program manager frontends these efforts by interacting with the client/sponsors on a regular basis, establishing a relationship and driving growth for the account. This role needs a unique mix of people and process management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
?
Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with sponsors/funders by serving as their primary liaison for all inquiries or concerns. Regularly engage with funders/sponsors through check-ins, updates, and prompt resolution of questions or issues
Prioritization and Problem Solving: Identify the bottle necks and key challenges in the program and develop processes to fix them permanently
Account Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve Key metrics set out for the account. Frequently define the strategy for the account both in terms of growth and sustainability according to the changing dynamics
Sales revenue and growth: Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set for account. Identify growth opportunities within account and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities and promote additional products or services or explore innovative models to monetize
Deliverables through Cross functional Collaboration: Guarantee timely completion of client deliverables by collaborating closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and product development. Strive to enhance customer experience and provide valuable client insights to refine product offerings and marketing strategies
Communication and Coordination: Establish and execute communication strategy with sponsors/funders. Coordinate with various internal departments, such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the client's needs are met
Contract Negotiation and Renewal: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with the funders/sponsors. Renew contracts and agreements in a timely manner, ensuring continued business relationships
Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use/sell the company's products or services. Ensure clients have access to necessary resources and timely assistance
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and key performance metrics of the account to track progress and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports for internal and external consumption on the status of key metrics
Driving Adaption: Identifying product-market fit for end-users on-boarded through the program to ensure product adoption post-sponsorship period
Skills and Expertise
Strong track record of more than 2-4 years in managing complex programs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
Experience in the healthcare industry would be a plus
Experience in managing and growing accounts would be a plus.
Ability to developing and implement strategic plans
Experience in managing risks and issues
Good Presentation skills
Graduate/Postgraduate from a premier institute
A commitment to staying abreast of the latest developments in AI and healthcare technology to drive continuous improvement in project outcomes.
Other Considerations
The capacity to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments typical of healthcare settings, and to respond swiftly to the evolving needs of the project and stakeholders.
