We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Clinical Trials Logistics/Supply Assistant to support our clinical trials operations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the success of our projects.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the biotech industry while ensuring the smooth logistics of clinical supplies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of clinical trial supplies and logistics.
Track inventory levels and manage the distribution of materials to trial sites.
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
Help maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Support the documentation and record-keeping processes for trial materials.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
Perform data entry and assist in the preparation of reports as needed.
Profile
Entry-level candidate with a degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.
Passion for the biotech industry and a desire to learn about clinical trials.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, with a global and multicultural team.
Key Skills
Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
Familiarity with clinical trials systems and logistics software (a plus).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
