As a Clinical Trial Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, timelines, quality, and budget.
Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize study outcomes.
Accountable for study budget, risk management, and innovative solutions.
Proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and facilitate smooth trial processes.
Support process improvements and resource management.
You are:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with solid experience in clinical trial management.
Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
