**As a Clinical Trials Analyst II at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have the unique opportunity to lead and support our clients in the flawless execution of logistics for clinical trials. Join our extraordinary team in São Paulo and play an important role in ensuring the success of our clients' projects.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support both foreign and local clients by understanding their specific requirements and providing the best logístical solutions.
- Prepare accurate budgets for new projects, aligning with client expectations and ensuring the scope of work is well-defined.
- Review and participate in the preparation of contracts with clients, ensuring all details are clarified and agreed upon.
- Act as the primary liaison with sponsors/clients, ensuring accurate communication and alignment with study requirements.
- Identify and implement client requirements, balancing priorities and daily labor activities.
- Prepare and review process documentation and contribute to the standardization of project management tools.
- Ensure project budgets are controlled, financial reports are reviewed, and invoicing is accurate.
- Monitor logistic and financial activities for active and new studies, providing analysis and metrics.
- Coordinate frequent meetings with the team for updates and training.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the clinical trials industry.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities to effectively support clients and advocate for proposals.
- Proficiency in identifying and addressing complex issues, fostering creative thinking, and promoting seamless teamwork across various departments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure tasks are performed according to standard procedures.
- Proficiency in using systems.
