What you'll do
As a Customer Support Agent, some of your responsibilities will include:
Processing customer contact and delivering prompt solutions through phone, chat, and email
Communicating and collaborating with different departments
Investigating, researching, and resolving customer issues
Handling tough and dissatisfied customers politely and professionally
Tracking and following up on all customer requests in a timely manner
Managing conflicting priorities
Providing outstanding and exceptional customer service
The salary for this role is between $10,000 – $40,000, depending on skills and experience.
