Clm - Microsoft Smb

The role requires a highly motivated, target driven, determined individual that is organized with excellent communication skills.
The role is responsible for generating leads for all Microsoft Products.
The agent should be comfortable on the phone with customer issues as well as contributing to build a best-in-class customer service.
**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Successfully communicate with contacts via the phone daily.
- Identify key aspects of a potential lead including need, budget, timeframe, and authority.
- Achieve # of opportunities target
- Profile customers and correctly document in appropriate tools
- Generate new leads for all Microsoft solutions
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sales desired (desired Technology Sales related)

**Required Skills**:

- Proven good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward clients and coworkers.
- Needs to have capacity / commitment to learn about all Microsoft products for sales purposes.
- Experience in having sales and activity quota (preferred)
- Excellent client service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and react to business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Follow all Information Security policies and processes as required per the job function/role
