Consult with key stakeholders to identify customer education needs.Produce a variety of supporting training and education materials for external customers to be used in e-learning and classroom environments.Evaluate the success of these programs and provide reports to key stakeholders on outcomes.Coordinate and collaborate with the company's international marketing management teams to support global education initiatives.Manage the organization's learning management system and create content to support customer training initiatives.Manage the day-to-day operations of the department and supporting staff.Manage the customer education budget.English is absolutely mandatory.
