Type of Requisition: Permanent employee – Reporting to Country Manager – Brazil
Marketing ManagerPrimary Responsibilities: Generating new business in Brazil across commodity segments of Iron Ore, Manganese Ore, Coal/Coke, Fertilizers.Generating repeat orders from existing clients.Specific Responsibilities: Generate business for Brazil.Generate business for other countries.Ensure payment collections.Identify and develop new customers.Assist in retention of existing customers.Coordinate with Country Manager and Business Group in HQ, India regarding pricing, credit policy, service deliverables, and contracting with customers.Explore hard and soft needs of customers.Preparation of all MIS (management information system) related to Marketing and Sales.Provide inputs to Country Manager and Business Groups in HQ, India on marketing strategy and expansion of business.Any other work entrusted by the management.Profile: Technical Skills and Characteristics:
Must come from a Science background.
Engineering degree is desirable.
Knowledge of technical service sales to the mining industry.
Strong network connections with the major players in the industry.Behavior Related:
Strong leader with entrepreneurial skills and hands-on spirit to be able to leverage MSK's operations in Brazil.
