Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.What role you will play in our team Support Infield Logistics applications for retiring old applications, along with working directly with the vendors to implement replacements and providing support for existing and new applications. Coordinating and helping to execute tests of these new implementations, following company IT best practices and under a Kanban/Scrum approach, interfacing with other company IT services support groups and business to work on requirements. Integrate vendor applications into the company IT environment, being able to work with different internal teams (servers, DBAs, network, middleware, layering, etc.) to make it work effectively. Support, maintain, troubleshoot applications under area of responsibility and keep the service level agreed with business. Participate actively in projects, acting as the applications focal point, performing all needed activities to make it successful.Location: Curitiba - PRWhat you will do Independently support the business through problem solving, consultation, system enhancements, process improvement and new development. Participate in designing technical solutions, setting up API interfaces, and coordinating the DB team for Database Migration/restoration. Handle access requests and access-related issues/incident management. Engage in testing processes, documenting issues, and tracking them, as well as liaising with stakeholders for resolution. Support and coordinate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and new implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business needs and requirements. Analyze and meticulously document requirements for IT projects. Azure vulnerability remediation. SSL certification renewal (1x/year) for 3 environments. Oracle Database - data refresh & data extraction. About you Skills and Qualifications• Git Basic Knowledge / Github • REST API • Experience supporting Azure Services - Azure AD, Authentication & Authorization, OIDC/OAuth2.0 and SSO • CI/CD - Azure DevOps Pipelines & GitHub Actions, CI/CD Concepts • Azure Services - Storage Accounts & Databases & Cache • Azure Services - APIM (Enterprise Connected & Disconnected APIM Platform) • Modern Monitoring Tools - DataDog or others • Microservice and API development • Basic Network Knowledge (HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, SSH, Firewall, Proxy, SMTP) • Incident management • Oracle and SQL Server - Database management (key tables, stored procedures, change management deployment) • Entity Framework (Code First, Migrations, Linq, Querying, Projections, Change Tracking, Performance and Logging) • Design Patterns (good to know) • Azure Identity, Azure Storage • Windows Services, Remote Access and IIS • File Transfer Protocols (FTP, SFTP) • Message Queueing mechanisms (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, SMTP) • Certificates management • Typescript / Javascript • HTML • CSS • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to work in a multicultural environment • Collaboration - Encourage cooperation across the team.
