5+ years of Financial Services industry vertical delivery experience of contemporary services and solutions
- 2+ years' experience working as a ScrumMaster across multiple cross-functional teams
- Led teams and engagements utilizing agile approaches, value and principles as well as Scrum framework
- Understands the value proposition of the public cloud and has delivered cloud engagements (IaaS, PaaS, Saas)
- Experience with Agile and Project Management (APM) toolsets (Jira, RallyDev, VersionOne, Taiga, etc).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel to client locations to deliver professional services as needed.
- Domain knowledge of Capital Markets, Banking, Asset Management or Insurance is a requirement for this position.

Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organisation to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.
- Expertise - Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS services in key market verticals & regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and energy
- Insights - Work with AWS engineering, support and business teams to convey partner and customer feedback as input to AWS technology roadmaps.
Key job responsibilities
- Deliver value - high quality delivery of a variety of customized engagements with partners and enterprise customers in the public sector.
- Engage customers - collaborate with enterprise sales managers to develop strong customer and partner relationships.
Develop trusted relationships with customer CIOs, CTOs, IT functional leaders and business sponsor executives
- Develop Partner ecosystem - establish executive and technical relationships with key integrators (SIs), software vendors (ISVs) and managed services providers (MSPs) who are offering cloud based IT services and solutions.
Deliver joint proposals and joint engagements to help partners succeed in large, complex customer engagements using AWS.
- Coach and teach - collaborate with AWS field sales, technical sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS platform services such as Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Amazon RDS database services, AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), etc.
- Be a customer advocate - Work with AWS engineering teams to convey partner and enterprise customer feedback as input to AWS technology roadmaps.
Influence roadmap changes to accelerate customer adoption and value.
