What will you do?
Connect with key customers and their partners to establish regular communication; Create and deliver technical presentations; Collect and validate requirements related to Information Security, Compliance, and Risk Management; Conduct vulnerability assessments, manage incidents, and oversee support for key customers; Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders; Facilitate the success of customers and their partners in utilizing Tenchi products and services; Foster long-term relationships with customers and their partners, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Engage with internal teams, primarily in the Product and Engineering departments; Study and gain a deep understanding of Cloud Security and Tenchi's solutions to enhance security risk management for customers and their partners.
Maintain high ethical standards in all of Tenchi's interactions with customers and partners.
What do you need to know?
Bachelor's degree in Technology or Information Security; Act consultatively, focusing on providing continuous service to clients; Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences; Strong oral and written communication skills are essential; Familiarity with the Cybersecurity market (technologies, processes, governance, IT management, Information Security, and Risk Management); Proficient in monitoring tools, network security, and vulnerability risk assessment; Knowledge of SOC and SIEM; Understanding of Cloud services, solutions, and architecture; Advanced English proficiency Great if you have: Familiarity with network protection architectures (Firewall, CDNs, IPS, IDS, Traffic Monitor), with experience in these architectures; Experience with Cloud Security and Information Security tools such as CSPM, CWPP, security scoring, GRC, and vulnerability scanning; Knowledge of PCI DSS, LGPD, CIS, and NIST standards; Strong understanding of best practices in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM); What will you find?
