It was initiated with the aim of providing a modern and innovative suite of software & data solutions aligned with the Company portfolio strategy and with internal operational needs. A lot goes through here: following the Gridspertise strategy and prioritization, Digital Solutions is in charge of the entire design and execution of the Software solutions roadmap!What you will do:As the Cloud Services Lead, you will be responsible for all activities related to:Manage Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Managed services contracts, with deep knowledge of contractual terms, conditions, SLAs and KPIs;Be able to enforce contractual terms, conditions, SLAs and KPIs and manage escalations;Negotiate or re-negotiate and monitor the Service Levels Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI);Support configuration and continuous improvement of Service Now and general SLA/KPI monitoring automation;Manage Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Managed services costs, from the budget to the forecast and monitoring the actual costs and the billing process;Manage the people entrusted within the unit, taking care of their growth and professional competence.Who you are:Bachelor/Master's degree preferably in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience with:Proven experience of 7+ years in the role and in the specific sector;Competence in managed cloud infrastructure;Strong capability to manage external suppliers;Strong analytical skills;Strong skills in cost optimization approach;Strong skills in cloud resource optimization and optimized growth management;Advanced proficiency in English;Knowledge of Spanish will be considered as a plus.What we search in you:Ability to integrate technical vision with a business-driven approach for a holistic perspective;Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs and on-time delivery;Entrepreneurship and proactivity;Project and Program management skills;Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization and stakeholders of all kinds;Strong commitment and determination to accelerate the energy transition.What we offer:Permanent contract in Milan;Attractive compensation pack;Extensive flexible and remote work options in accordance with organizational needs;Corporate welfare including supplemental health care, wellness programs, family and parental caring, benefits, conventions and more;Multiple options to grow in an international environment.www.gridspertise.comWe are looking for candidates of both sexes - L.903/77 e D.
