Join us and be part of a team that provides memorable hospitality experiences!Job DescriptionDevelop segment of group accommodation, events, and conference organization.Contact corporate clients and agency representatives concerning all details of events and/or group accommodations (set up; number of participants; menu order; timing; list of guests, etc.) via email and phone conversations.Prepare contracts, invoices, and all needed documentation based on client orders, and control payments.Create group bookings with OPERA Cloud system.Share order details and general notes with the Food & Beverage Manager and his team, and the kitchen during weekly "BEO & Group" meetings.Control Pay Muster closing process.Reporting.Collect feedback from clients, building pleasant relationships to increase customer loyalty and secure returning business.QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience working across multiple hotels.Ability to communicate with all hotel departments and clients simultaneously, managing solutions as a result of teamwork.Result-oriented.Multitasking.Attention to detail.Keen problem solver.Highly organized.Fluent English speaker.Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment.Additional InformationWHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:Unique opportunity to develop your career.Package of benefits and perks of working for Accor, including discounts for hotels worldwide.Medical insurance.
