This includes liaising with regulators, coordinating responses internally and ensuring responses are appropriate and timely;Conduct compliance risk assessments for third parties located in the regions (new suppliers, customers, partners of the regions) and liaise with the business to collect necessary informationMaintain records with respect to the ethics & compliance programParticipate in compliance projects under the global compliance workplan, support delivery of the work plan in the designated regions and manage special projects as assigned;Manage, supervise and develop ethics & compliance ambassadors in the designated regions through training, communication and other appropriate support and work closely with the Group's network of Ethics & Compliance officersParticipate in the development of the IT and digital tools from a compliance standpoint,Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Program by measuring and monitoring compliance activity and trends, participating or arranging for periodic compliance audits and collecting employee feedback on the program through surveys or other meansBuild CMA CGM's Group external reputation in the designated regions relating to its commitment to a culture of compliance, maintains appropriate visibility and involvement in the region's ethics and compliance community.Provide quality and timely input to compliance and management reporting on the operation and status of the ethics & compliance program in the designated region;Work with and manage external counsel, as needed.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?Graduate in law, compliance or economicsMinimum of 7 years' experience in a compliance function in a large multinational environmentIdeally a solide experience in anti-corruption compliance functionStrong listening skillsCommunicates effectively and conciselyAdvanced influencing skillsCurious.
